Voza is just perfect.
I used to live in the apt. building right above it, and I would have many wonderful meals here with roommates and friends. Here is a list of reasons that make it so wonderful.
1. They are THE NICEST RESTAURANT STAFF I have ever encountered. so accommodating and friendly.
2. It's tiny so there are never more than like 12 people in there so you really get an intimate dining experience.
3. The food is freakin delish, portions perfect, and prices are fair. The chef (who you can literally watch make your food due to the open kitchen space) is always smiling as he works to create your dish with care.
4. It used to be BYOB. Apparently from what I read below it's not anymore, but that's totally fine, I'm sure the liquor license will help balance out the tiny space.
I miss my old apt. I miss this neighborhood, and I miss this wonderful little restaurant and it's sweet owners/staff.
